Course purchase, access, and refund terms
What a purchase includes
A course purchase provides the named student with access to the selected W4VPK digital course or bundle for one year on up to three personal devices. New devices require verification through the buyer’s checkout email. Access may not be shared, resold, posted, or transferred.
Payment and taxes
Prices shown on the W4VPK site are subtotals in U.S. dollars. Stripe processes payment. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout only where WSTI Group LLC is registered and required to collect them.
Automatic delivery
After Stripe confirms a supported purchase, the Training Center creates the exact course entitlement and emails a private setup link and access key to the checkout email. If delivery does not arrive, use the course-access request form so WSTI can verify the payment and restore delivery without creating a second charge.
Refunds
Request a refund within seven calendar days of purchase. An unredeemed access key is eligible for a full refund. After access is redeemed, WSTI reviews the request based on course use, delivery, duplicate payment, technical access, and any rights required by applicable law. Duplicate charges and a confirmed inability to provide the purchased access are corrected or refunded. Stripe and the customer’s financial institution control the time needed for a credit to appear.
Refund effect on access
A full refund revokes the related access grant and active classroom session. Partial refunds require owner review and do not automatically change access.
Educational limits
Course purchase does not guarantee an FCC examination result, license grant, equipment performance, or regulatory outcome. Students should verify current FCC rules, examination requirements, manufacturer instructions, and safety guidance.
